The impact you’ll have:

As our new Customer Success Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for consulting and further developing our existing customers, constantly delivering a top-class customer experience and thus contributing to our overall success. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Onboard our new customers to cofenster and excite them by creating wow-moments to keep them engaged
  • Identify new opportunities and use cases for our clients to produce videos with our tool, helping them develop new video strategies
  • Provide our product team with direct feedback to constantly improve our product and experience
  • Play an active role in further developing and optimizing our in-house customer success and upsell strategy and processes
  • Come up with creative solutions to meet and surpass our customer’s needs
  • Identify ways to leverage current customer accounts into parents, subsidiaries, or other parts of the same organization.

What you should bring:

  • At least 3 years of customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Customer-focused mentality, positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in German & English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/customer success tools and data analytics is a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots in order to think holistically about our clients
  • Comfortable managing renewal processes - commercial experience dealing with security, legal, and procurement is a nice to have
