As our Account Manager you take ownership of Account Expansion strategic relations with our customers at cofenster. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you identify opportunities to grow our current accounts and partner with various stakeholders of the business to make sure we maximize our revenue channels by promoting the cofenster mission; to power empathy at work by making video communication simple and empathetic.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Analyze the market and identify additional sales opportunities within our customer base
  • Grow customer accounts strategically by expanding our footprint in the market
  • Monitor changes and trends in the market and find optimization measures applicable to our customers
  • Support the team in the day-to-day business with new and existing customers
  • Provide our product team with direct feedback to constantly improve our product
  • Identify and execute ways to leverage current customer accounts into parents, subsidiaries, or other parts of the same organization

What you should bring

  • 3 years of relevant Account Management/Sales experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Customer-focused mentality, positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong focus on teamplay
  • A keen interest in communication technologies and digitalization
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German and English, other languages are a plus
  • An interest in Video or Video Communications in general
