cofenster Recruitment Privacy Notice

At cofenster, we're committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice is designed to describe to you the basis for the personal data we collect from you, or that is provided by you as part of our recruitment process.

First of all, we use Breezy HR, a web-based hiring platform, to assist in our recruiting process. As part of that process Breezy HR will be processing the personal information you've shared in accordance with cofenster instructions.

Normally, Cofenster GmbH, its Employees, its partners, its ATS (Applicant Tracking System) service provider, BreezyHR (Learning Technologies Group Plc.), and its HRIS service provider, Personio, (Personio SE & Co. KG) will retain the data you submitted as well as publicly available data about myself for a period of up to 6 months otherwise they will request your consent to further maintain your personal data for recruitment or gainful employment purposes.

At any point in time, you can request to see, modify or delete your data by contacting the "controller" of your data, Cofenster's recruitment team, using culture@cofenster.com.

Alternatively you can always contract directly their Data Protection Officer using privacy@cofenster.com which is an impartial third party and can also modify or delete your data if you request to do so.

When you apply for a job posted by us, the information we collect / you provide as well as the interviews we may or may not have is used to determine whether or not you're a good fit for current and future roles at our company.
